Everything you need to know

All our allergy panels are taken via a standard venous blood draw at our Epping clinic or via a mobile appointment — never a finger-prick test. This gives a more accurate, lab-grade result.
If you're not sure what's triggering your symptoms, the First-Line Panel is a good general starting point. If you already suspect a specific category — food, pets, or pollen — one of our targeted panels may be more cost-effective. Book a free consultation if you'd like guidance.
An allergy involves the immune system producing IgE antibodies in response to a trigger, which is what our panels test for. An intolerance is a different, non-immune reaction and is not measured by IgE allergy testing.
Most allergy panel results are returned within 48 hours, with a full expert review explaining what each result means for you.
We offer a follow-up consultation to talk through your results and what practical steps make sense, whether that's avoidance strategies, further testing, or a referral where appropriate.
