Private testing complements the NHS and does not replace it. Blood tests do not diagnose on their own. If you are unwell or worried, see your GP.

Vitamins and IV therapy

Vitamin injections and IV drips in Epping, Essex

Injections go into the muscle and take minutes. IV drips are infusions of about 20 to 90 minutes depending on the drip. Both are given by our clinical team at our Epping clinic or at your home or workplace after a brief clinical check. NAD+ is offered by injection only, never as a drip. A £30 travel fee applies beyond 4 miles from Epping town centre (CM16). Full details and FAQs

Results vary and these treatments do not replace medical advice. We recommend a blood test first so treatment is based on your levels.

Body scans and biohacking

Body composition scans at home or work

A home or workplace bioimpedance (BIA) scan that estimates body fat, skeletal muscle, visceral fat and body water, followed by a simple plan for sleep, nutrition, training and recovery. Useful for men and women, people dieting, and anyone training for Hyrox or a race. A BIA scan is an estimate for tracking change and is not a DEXA scan. How it works

Not suitable in pregnancy or with a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device. General lifestyle guidance, not medical advice.

Boost & Glow Pulse

WHOOP data reviewed alongside your blood tests

Pulse reviews your WHOOP recovery, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep against your own baseline and your blood results, and messages you when something is worth checking, for example a fall in HRV that could be matched to iron, vitamin D or B12. Requires a WHOOP. It does not diagnose conditions. See how Pulse works

Got questions?

Frequently asked questions

How much does a private blood test cost?

Private blood tests start from £120.99 and the price includes the venous blood draw. Home and workplace visits carry a visit fee that depends on your area.

How long do blood test results take?

Most results are ready in about 72 hours. Samples are processed by Randox and your results are reviewed before you receive them.

Do I need to fast before a blood test?

It depends on the test. Some, such as cholesterol and glucose, are best taken fasted. We tell you what to do when you book.

Who reviews my results?

Your results are reviewed before you receive them and our team can explain what they mean. Blood tests do not diagnose on their own, and you should speak to your GP about anything concerning.

Where can I be tested?

At our Epping clinic (116 High Road, CM16 4AF) or at your home or workplace across Essex, Hertfordshire and London, including Loughton, Chigwell, Brentwood, Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf. Same-week appointments are usually available.

Should I have a blood test before a vitamin injection or IV drip?

We recommend it if you have never confirmed a deficiency, so treatment is based on your levels. The vitamin and nutrient blood test checks B12, vitamin D, folate and iron.

What is a body composition scan?

A bioimpedance (BIA) scan that estimates body fat, muscle, visceral fat and body water while you stand barefoot on a smart scale. It is best for tracking change over time and is not a DEXA scan.

What is Boost & Glow Pulse?

A monitoring service for WHOOP members. We review your recovery, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep alongside your blood results and tell you when something is worth checking. It does not diagnose conditions.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Instalments are available if you book treatments in advance.
