What happens after you buy

1. Your order confirmation email includes your private WHOOP connect link.
2. Open it, tick your consent, and approve the connection on WHOOP's own page. It takes about a minute.
3. We build your baseline from your recent WHOOP history, then review your data every week.
4. We message you if anything is worth checking, send a summary each month and book your quarterly call.

Your data, your control

We only ask to see recovery, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep. We never see anything else, and you can disconnect at any time from your WHOOP account settings. Prefer not to connect? Tell us and you can send screenshots instead.

Important

Pulse is a monitoring and early-warning service. It does not diagnose conditions or replace your GP, and wearable readings are estimates.
