12-Week Optimise Programme — Body Composition, Biohacking & Check-Ins

£299.00

The 12-Week Optimise Programme is a guided programme that starts with a Baseline Session, adds body composition rescans at weeks 4, 8 and 12 with three short check-ins, and finishes with a written progress report. It turns good intentions into measured change.

Most people struggle to stay consistent when they cannot see progress. This programme keeps you accountable and shows what is actually changing.
