What is biohacking?

Biohacking means making small, measurable changes to your habits to improve how you feel and perform. In this session we focus on the basics with strong evidence: sleep, nutrition, movement and recovery.

Do I need a wearable or any equipment?

No. If you use a WHOOP, Oura or similar device you can bring that data along, but it is not required.

Is this medical advice?

No. It is general lifestyle guidance. We do not diagnose or treat conditions. If anything you describe needs medical attention, we will suggest you speak to your GP.

Can I add a body scan or blood test?

Yes. The Baseline Session adds a body composition scan, and our blood tests can show what is happening inside.
