What is in the Double Detox IV Drip?

  • Sodium chloride 0.9% (1 litre). The base fluid the nutrients are mixed into.
  • B-complex (B1, B2, B3 and B6). B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal nervous system function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • Vitamin C (2g). Contributes to normal immune function, normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, protection of cells from oxidative stress and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • Glutathione (1.2g). An antioxidant the body makes naturally. Evidence for glutathione infusions is limited and results vary.

Honest note: The name describes the antioxidant ingredients. Your liver and kidneys do the body's detoxifying, and no IV drip has been shown to remove toxins. Evidence for glutathione infusions is limited, and results vary.

Comfort add-ons are available on request. See the IV drip extras for single-nutrient boosts.

Who it is for

People who want the Detox drip with a higher glutathione dose.

Who should check first

Tell our clinician about allergies, kidney or heart conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any medication. A clinical check is done before every drip. Also mention asthma or sulfur sensitivity. Not a diagnosis. See your GP about symptoms.

Possible side effects

Bruising or soreness at the cannula site, a brief cool feeling, lightheadedness or nausea. Rarely, allergic reactions or vein irritation. B vitamins can turn urine bright yellow, which is harmless.
